request an account. A rep will reply to your request with a userID and password.
What is myBCDsoftware
MyBCDsoftware is BCD's value added customer site where our customers can login to access information about their account and to view their tech support incidents. Highlights of the site include:
- You can view your current license keys and maintenance details.
- You can download the most current versions of BCD products you own, without having to fill out the download form.
- You can view a history of the incidents anyone at your company has reported, and review their status.
- You can report a new incident to BCD Technical Support.
- You can view open Tasks
All of these pages are available from the Quick Links Menu once you have logged in. We will be continually enhancing this site to provide more value added features. If you have questions about this site please

BCD's Nexus Portal product. Nexus gives users a consistent, secure user interface to web applications and content in their browsers. You can enroll and manage users easily through web administration pages. It also includes sophisticated Enterprise Content Management functions to make information more accessible.
